In this article we will explain how to edit illow's default settings and select a specific banner for each region according to your needs, add new items specifying different regions, delete them or restore our default settings with the banner selector tool on our platform.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that if you have "Fines protector", in case of receiving fines, illow will only take charge if our tools are in illow's default recommended mode.
To find the banner selector we must enter Side Menu > Cookie Banner > Banner by Region.
Here you will find a description of the characteristics of each banner and below the sector to edit the configurations.
In the Banner by Region configurations sector there are two central items to consider.
1- Region: Here we will search specifically for the region that we need to edit.
2- Banner: Once the region is selected, we will choose the banner that we need to display there.
If you need to add more regions with a specific banner, you just have to click on "Add new" and repeat the above process.
Next to this option is the "Back to illow settings" option which will reset the settings to the default ones. Keep in mind that only if you use the default settings, illow will keep them up-to-date with all data-privacy regulations as they are published and modified along the way. Once you modify any value, the platform will keep your selections as-is and it's up to you to update them.
And finally, to delete a site that you have loaded, it will only be necessary to click the trash icon to delete it.
