Allow illow to scan your site when using cloudflare.

Modified on Mon, 17 Apr, 2023 at 2:15 PM

Our bots will try to visit your site and check for your cookies so that you don’t have to set them manually. Occasionally Cloudflare, or other security pages, will disallow us to do this, so in such cases, we won’t be able to scan them for you.

To fix this issue we'll need your help so our bots can do what they do best.

The ip and the purpose.

To make things easy and if you know where to whitelist us, our ip is: 3.123.207.178

We cannot guarantee this will always be the same. In any future scenario where you think the problem comes between Cloudflare and our bots, please come back and check that ip address.

With this ip we will surf through your domains and recollect all cookies there.

Steps to whitelist us at your cloudflare.

  1. Log in your cloudflare account.
  2. In the websites tab, access the domain in which you want to integrate illow.
  3. Under the security tab, select WAF.
  4. Select on Tools.
  5. Add the following information:
    • IP: 3.123.207.178
    • Action: Allow.
    • Zone: if you only want us to have access to this specific site choose This website otherwise All websites in account.
    • Notes: Whatever you feel would be descriptive to this whitelist.
  6. Click on Add and you should be all set, try rescanning our cookies on our site and you should be able to see the result in a really short time.

The final result should be something like the following:
